Driven by digitalization and the corresponding transformation, companies and organizations are subject to constant change requiring speed and agility.

However, the shortage of skilled professionals in STEM fields in the markets means that necessary projects cannot be implemented quickly enough. And as a result, many companies in find themselves at a competitive disadvantage compared to global counterparts. Despite significant efforts in all areas of education, this shortage of skilled professionals will continue to persist in the markets we address for the foreseeable future.

In order to provide our customers with the opportunity to actively implement their projects and initiatives, we work with a technically proficient and young population in Nigeria. Together with the local Godfrey Okoye University, we have started to establish a talent pool and skill academy that supports our customers with the required services at attractive costs.
Supported by our experts and by setting the right priorities, our customers can actively leverage the change and achieve significant competitive advantages and customer benefits. Even the possibility of offering German language courses for senior employees can be provided.

USP, Strengths & Weaknesses

With decades of successful international experience, we understand the specific needs of different customers and know how to meet these individual requirements and necessities. We understand what it takes to make the right decisions in technology-driven transformation, digitalization efforts, and business processes, and what kind of support is needed (external or internal).

Nearshore centers in Eastern Europe already have costs today that are very similar to those of developed industrial countries. At the same time, these locations are facing significant challenges in providing the necessary resources themselves. The current Ukraine/Russia conflict and global tensions have further intensified this situation. International corporations have already shifted to offshore countries like India years ago. However, even there, we are already witnessing resource shortages among technically skilled employees. The current trend of isolation between the continents of America, Asia, and Europe is also evident.

The integration of the nearshore center into the European Business Park, with its own power and water supply, provides the necessary stability and infrastructure to deliver technological services at the highest level.
Attractive cost structures, a technically educated workforce, being in the same time zone as our core clients, English as the official language, and an agile demand model supported by the local Godfrey Okoye University offer significant advantages here. Coupled with an initiative of migration policy, this not only provides significant economic benefits but also societal advantages.
